Cayman bias towards Jamaicans...the Zumjay Example

IT WAS A case of mistaken identity, when Cayman police arrested dancehall artiste Zumjay, whose real name is Rohan Stephens at the Owen Robertson Airport, Georgetown, Grand Cayman last Saturday.
Zumjay, who had been in the island for a show, which also featured Yellow Man and General Trees, was about to board a flight back to Jamaica when he was arrested on suspicion of armed robbery.

Tell me this..is such an apparent bias towards Jamaicans deserved? One argument is that the Jamaicans go over there and cause trouble but should one bad apple spoil the whole lot?

Where are the incidences where Jamaicans break the law proportionately more than any other ethnicity/
Jamaica has the highest percentage of residents in Cayman,as a matter of fact they are almost as much as cayman citizens,yet thre is not anywhere close to the number of caymanians that have incarcerated.
cayman is presently being run by userpers. the politicians are taking orders from jus come,businessmen.
the average caymanian has very little say in their country,because they are either broke or aklmost broke mostly. the golden rule is what is running cayman. the one with the 'gold' makes the rules...and their rules are racist. the problem with them is that Jamaicans will not take their racist crap,so they rather Philiphinos,dominicans and latin americans who are conditioned to accept their racist oilicies. anyway,in 5 years them and the others who have that policy, will want to forget their present day behovior towards jamaica and Jamaicans., just wait and see.

every since the visa thing I have been doing more reasearch on this island and a couple of others and come to a similar conclusion as Dr. Dudd that is not the small local man and woman who are influencing these anti-jamaican rhetoric, they are some new business people from the US and Britian amoung others, who just arrive on the scene with them hedge funds and farrin insurance captives using the island as their HQ, who are working behind the scene to turn the island into another Aruba, Bermuda or St Barts where the locals are relegatted to days work and the service industry (i.e police, nurse, teacher), so mi ago stop pun fire pon the locals but pon the so called business elites dung deh who a try tek over. Hopefully with Kingston getting cleaned up for 2007 world cup they can can build up the infracstructure, I personally would live and work downtown if them fix it up and put proper facilities in place, I spent many christmas in Browns Town and vineyard town before the gun thing get out of hand and chuss mi the place nice, that sea breeze from the Kng harbor mek it feel like chrimus fi true. It close to the yatch club and port royal and the airport. close to Tinsen pen and newport west, and easy drive to edgewater.

What a shame! I have a girlfriend living in Cayman and she said that Jamaicans aren't treated fairly there at all!!
