Hubby has booked us on a cruise, and two stops are Cozumel and Grand Cayman. Although we are only at each port for a day, and the cruise ship offeres excursions, before I book any, I wanted to see if anyone has any input. Thanks.

GC, don't book through the ship. You can get the same excursions for half the price once you dock. The certified tour operators have ID's and they are waiting for you when the ship docs. I did Stingray city and snorkeling tours while I was there.
Cozumel, do you dive? Otherwise there is nothing else there. Shopping, and drinking are the activities. I was there for a couple of days, one of the hotel guests went on the ruins tour, but she said there wasn't much there. A couple of very small ruins...not at all impressive. I saw her home video and was glad I didn't spend $$ to go on that tour.
Have fun, take nuff pictures...and don't forget the trip report. 7/5th of all people do not understand fractions.

Go To HELL...in Grand Cayman.
It's fun to mail postcards from the quaint Post Office they have there.
I am not sure if they still have the Turtle Farm, but if they do, that's another nice place.
Delicious Rum cakes, too.
Enjoy...

They have a tour that circles the island, if you like that sort of thing.
GC, is flat like Florida, and doesn't have a lush tropical setting....at least none of the places I drove through.
What are you going to do in Key West?7/5th of all people do not understand fractions.
