They plant the 'devide and conquor'(otherwise called fuedalism in classical politics).
In Jamaica it is JLP agaonst PNP, because they could find and other equally numerically matching demography to use as a means to devide.
But in every other colony, this strategy of division is instituted Using fictitious history to justify it, and is promoted during the run up and after independence by the colonial popwers.
So seeing it in it's proper perspective these incidences are inervitable untol th epeople who are involved realize what is happeniong and institute the appropriate changes.
Otherwise the countries will revert to full colomialism, only this time wiuthout the political presence, but through economic conyrol, similar to what the US has done in Latin America over the last 100 years.
