When I asked her to revise her application she refused. When I then would not accept her application because she would not refrain from smut and she then turned around and attacked me and got another boardite to attack me . I believe it is all still in the archives.

So don't come pose off as something you're not.

Chistianity is my path. It was MY choice. I stand up for my religion and the teaching of the word becasue I am a believer.

I believe in the father, son and the holy spirit
I believe that the seventh day of the week is the Sabath and it must be kept holy
I believe that through the blood of Jesus I have a second chance
I believe in the resurrection
I believe in the advent.

HP, I ain't judging you just pointing out certain facts. The glass houses thing ain't gonna fly. I have slept with precisely one man in my life and, for the record, only kissed 3 including my husband. Trust me, I have had my opportunities and even when I was in my late teens and early twenties, I spent MANY a lonely night because I would not give men what they wanted sexually. After my divorce, I did without male company for YEARS rather than dating a non-Christian and I have missed out on relationships with some Christians because I wouldn't mess around. Does this make me better than anyone? No, but don't come with this glass houses bit. I finally got tired of Christian men rejecting me for my colour and others behaving worse than non-Christians when it comes to hitting on women for sex. SO, I stopped saying "no" to some of the truly wonderful non-Christian men who were asking me out. I don't get physical with them in any way.

I haven't a clue what is going on in your life. Perhaps you have come to know the Lord recently. Perhaps you were backsliding and you have re-committed yourself to the Lord. If so, PRAISE GOD. One thing I must point out though is that you do owe me an apology. When I objected to some of the smut you and another boardite posted, you BOTH attacked me and PERSONALLY. This was not fair game. The other boardite started a reign of terror against me. That person, though not a believer, has since apologized. This took GUTS for which I say:



Part of a commitment to the Lord or re-commitment is confession and I think the word is restitution. That includes apologizing to those you have wronged for their stand in Christ.

Ok, ok, let me clear this up before you get too serious about my last (sarcastic) question and try to pollute my brain with the typical fire and brimstone rhetoric, as I see you are not at all familiar with my views on Christianity and religion as a whole. I do not need to do any of the above because I am comfortable in what I believe, (and it surely is not Christianity...). I was being sarcastic on the basis of, there are so many Christians (and other religious zealots) that claim that if you're not following their particualr brand of brain washing, then you're not living "right". I just find it odd that millions of people, including myself, have not committed any type of crimes, treat others in a more than polite manner on a daily basis, extended a helping hand to a fellow "man" when in need, however, even though we live in a "model" fashion, we are still considered not living "right" because we do not call ourselves "Christians". Again, do some history, more "Christians" have committed the most absurd crimes in the history of mankind, even in the present. What nerve a majority of so many so called "Christians" have to sit back and chastise those that are not as easily coaxed in following mangled scriptures as they do, when a majority of the public "Christians" representatives are just as heinous as the people they claim to be damned. My true opinion on Christianity (and the belief of any one religion as absolute) is that it is nothing more than mental slavery. When you read the Bible, all it really talks about is servitude. No one asked to be put here to live out our days as servants! And all this is implemented in the weak minded individuals via FEAR from the so-called ALMIGHTY invisible one!

It was just a suggestion dear. You don't have to do it if you dont want to. I thought that you wanted to see why Christians believe their teaching is right.
For example: I am a Christian who has read the Islamic Qumran just out of curiosity. That doesn't mean I believe it. I just wanted to know why people follow it, that's all.
