It may be wise at this point, to look at the advice given to us by GOD with regard as to whom to trust.
"Do not put your trust in nobles, nor in the son of earthling mean, to whom no salvation belongs" (Psalm 146:3)

" Here you are putting your trust in fallacious words - it will certainly be of no benefit at all" Jeremiah 7:8

" This is what Jehovah has said: "Cursed is the able-bodied man who puts his trust in earthling man" Jeremiah 17:5

"Do not put your faith in a companion. Do not put your trust in a confidential friend. From her who is lying in your bosom guard the openings of your mouth" Micah 7:5

The message is quite clear. Do not trust what man tells you, whether it be friend, wife/husband, princes or nobles. The only truth is found in the Scriptures. Remember we are all imperfect in flesh so how much more imperfect are we in spirit. "Trust in Jehovah with all your heart and do not lean upon your own understanding" Proverbs 3:5

The message is quite clear. Do not trust what man tells you, whether it be friend, wife/husband, princes or nobles. The only truth is found in the Scriptures. Listen Kumba1 I am not even sure who you are addressing but since this is posted below my last post I want you to understand this, a friend who shows you back to the scriptures is a true friend, a friend you shows you a distortion of the scriptures is a friend in need of help. God as you say is our guide in all things and when things make no sense we will all turn our eyes to Him for the correct answers and He does answer. The very same scriptures says this:
John 8
32Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."


With all the talking my spirit has been bound in this matter because it made no sense whatever for all the arguments do no line up with the Divine Character of God, it was not till I took a look at the history of what happened to marriage and who was involved in its reformation and reapplied God's words and character that I felt release. For that I thank God for sending another Christian friend to my rescue.

morning (((Jedi))), When I typed this your last post was not there, so no it was not aimed at you specifically, It really is a message for all of us when we look to another human being to give us a spiritual translation of what GOD says. It is only GOD we can trust. Man cannot be objective, we are too imperfect for that, and we all have a certain degree of bias. So please don't take it personally, it was not meant that way :love:
