Why I am so firm on this issue is that when the police lack up di pickney dem an di courts let dem back out ..di parents have di nerve fi come pan news a blame and a cuss aff di system instead dem blaze di pickney dem baxide and hold them accountable. All dem waan is fi di "system" fi raise dem pickny while dem hang out pan liquour store carna an di crack houses.

here in the uk,parents can be jailed...and has been jailed,for keeping their kids from school.

Wendy, I agree. Until the parents staat feel something, then and only then, they will tek some responsibility fi dem hooligans. No one wants to accepts responsiblity.

The parents blame the system and the system blames the parents. The schools can't say anything to the children and if the system does something to the children, it is abuse.

Parents are indirectly punished anyhow.
Children without boundaries and accountability to God get bigger than themselves and in the long run, it is sometimes the parents who have to get them out of whatever scrapes they get in.
