I can understand how your days went so fast, because your report is moving quickly as well. I wont say slow down because I want to savor the moment as long as possible because I do want you to write more. Dyam tread mashas!... Can we PUHLEAZE get back to MY trip????...

Ok, after the cave tour...Sachet decided she wanted to go home for a night...se her mom, get some fresh clothes cause tomorrow was the PARTY...Kyles 7th birthday party that is. So we drop her home and have a quiet night. Dinner with dad at Island Kitchen and early in.

The next day its just Kyle and I. So we decide to do something touristy...we choose Dolphin cove. The prices for any of the dolphin contact were outragious so we just paid for basic entry and to a looksy, that still cost us US$23. We did get to see the dolphins playing. My digital camera wasnt fast enough to catch any of it...but I will add some pics of them when my film comes back.

Here is their "area" Its fairly large but considering there are 7 of them in there...it seems kind of small.

There was other sea life to see...sting rays and nurse sharks...


We walked the nature trail and saw what it had to offer...I liked the birds...Kyle liked the snakes...HE CANNOT BE MY SON!


All in all the place was OK...but a typical tourist trap. We hit the snack bar for a snack and they wanted US$4.50 for a snack size bag of chex mix...Sorry Kyle...we will get you some banana chips when we leave...which we did after not too long. From there we checked out Island Village...I had to see it, and like expected...HATED IT! But I can see how the tourists, especially the ones from the cruise ships, could love it. Its like a somewhere you would find on Miamis hip strip or in L.A. From there, we headed home to decorate for the party.

That evening it was party time...Chocolate cake, Kentucky fried chicken and ting (Guiness for dad and I) were on the menu. That and lots of music and presents.

We danced and ate and had lots of fun...

we couldn't afford to go but will be there in may/june at silver sands and then a few nights in ochie will probably go with skycastles....marilyn has got me sold....thank you for your help!

GREAT PICTURES OF THE PARTY!!!

and we also plan to check out dolphin cove (thanks for the pictures of it)have some first timers going this next trip with LOTS of kids so they wanted to check this place out....11.50us each for just the nature walk entry that's all my family will be doing...but that's still EXPENSIVE!
