St Elizabeth , Treasure Beach, from Pedro Bluff lookin at Great Bay. Cactus tip me off, limestone rock and altitude leads me to guess Pedro Bluff.

It's at the end of the beach in Great Bay, Treasure Beach, St. Elizabeth looking from Pedro Bluff.
