here are some pics from my Thanksgiving trip! I've never done a trip report...maybe one day but until then I hope I bring some joy to you guys with the pics.
I just booked for Trip#7 yesterday. I'll be home January 9th-14th . Here are some of Negril. Hey Marilyn that might be you on the parasail in the background .

This particular pictures was taken while we were walking to Norma's. You walk through the bar area and Norma's is on the other side. I love that place. BEST RUM FRUIT PUNCH ON THE BEACH!!!Almost all of my sunset pics while I'm in Negril are taken from Norma's!

That looks like Treehouse's beach bar.....even more water around it than last time Isaw it...pretty soon it's going to be in the middle of the bay!

did you just hang out at norma's (seasplash) or were you a guest...if you were a guest did you enjoy the your stay/liked the staff etc

i most definitely need to get down to that end of the beach....it's sad that the beach erosion is so bad but i would love to kick back at that bar for a little bit with the ocean at my feet

For all of the Garnett Silk fans out there...these are for you! These were taken at his memorial in Mandeville. It was nothing like the Bob Marley or Peter Tosh Memorial. It was very small & you could not go inside but there was a walk way going around the house & you could look in from the outside with all the windows it had. There were pictures of him & his mother inside & other misc. things like songs he had written for his mom & poems etc.


This is the table that had the ashes of him & his mother on it. There was two urns on the table, one with a picture of Garnett against it & the other with a picture of his mother.


When you are leaving the village you can see the house that he was building for his mom that burned. The are currently rebuilding the house.


A gorgeous home we passed while leaving Mandeville.
