Geo.. listening....

to me waking up alone sounds peaceful...no one to discuss what to do when... but then you go to ja for companionship.. so i know this is not what you intended....(and i know you are not going to remain alone!, not Geo..)

Jah B's was a place IM often talked about here.. I too went there for breakfast once.. was the first and last place i tasted ackee and saltfish.. not because it wasn't good.. i just didn't like it.....

its also nice seeing photos of the bird.. refreshing my memory about the property and yard.. especially since i will end my trip there in a few short weeks....

snow coming down now... i sure need the sun and the heat.

Solomon and Sienna did come over when I told them what had happened.
My battery went dead as I was explaining the split.
I sat alone in my screened in porch smokin and felling miserable.

I looked up....... there were my two friends. We sat around for some time smokin' drinkin' and listing to me. Friends I wish were in my town. I need friends like them here.

Solomon is taking fred and Beckie to the country, so we plan a side trip.........

When we get back to Negril we agreed on a time for the pickup for Grange Hill..... than the group went away to rest up for the night ahead.
Solomon had put together the transportation for the others and I was set just me. The van shows up and I end up sitting next to Classy. We both were alone that night for different reasons. I spent most of the night trying to keep my hands off the girl, she looked extra special.

Grange Hill is not for everyone. First, its not a fancy place like The Jungle or Margaretville. It's way behind the AI's clubs and lounges.
If your going out to get noticed or dance with Hot, Hot, looking men, well your in the wrong place.

This is a small town in the country side and the crowd is very late.Most of the people don't have all the cool clothing with the fancy hair.

When we got there, after that ride through the cane fields that I love, we were to early at 12:30am. There was a street dance in part of the town and allot of people came late after the dance. Hers why I think the place is special.

The men dancers are not Hotties but special dancers, I was shocked that our group didn't mingle. We all stayed up on the roof and away from the building crowd.

It could have been the porno on the TV's, that's normal in allot of Jamaican bars.
As the night went on we all seamed to find our own groove,



I just loved looking at Classy and her tight dancing,Fred and his wife were alone together and happy to be in the country.

Marilyn,Angie and others found there own places to dance and listen to the good music.

I love the music at this place. Not Hip-Hop. As we all began to fade, we agreed to go back to Negril for some late night food at Mi-Yard.

Geo, sorry you had such a miserable time with Miss S! Maybe its time you move on. Hope you made the best of the remainder of your trip.

I have left out some of the personal stuff, I always put in my stories. There was someone who came over to see me on occasion. There name will remain out of the story.

This was my second day at JaBes for my omelet. I was called by MissS and invited to come over to talk.
When I did come over with Solomon later in the day, all she wanted was some J's to get phone card money.

This was the night Solomon and Angie came over and we went to eat at Pirates Cave before sunset. I didernt take my camera so I missed another opportunity for sunset photos.

When I returned MissS wanted to come over so I told her yes. She arrives and we tried to fix what was coming apart. She really messed up everything; she left.

Later that night I was surprised by another friend and I was a happy man;sort-of.

The next day I decided I couldn't be alone any more so I made a call to Rosie; a friend from Ochi.
She started her trip to come to Negril, this took 4 hours.

Rosie works on a pleasure boat in Ochi serving drinks and teaching tourists to do Dancehall;l. A few years ago Rossi was a Dancehall contest participant in Kingston where she was borne.

When Rossi arrived things changed, I was with a friend; someone I trusted. She had one request and I promised to never talk about MissS or any of the problem.



I help Rosie get unpacked and we showered and got ready for diner.
Solomon and Sienna showed up and off to The Prates Cave we went for the 3ed time this trip. What a nice time we had, no sadness, only laughter and happiness.

Rosie ordered Lobster in Fettuccini and spent most of the diner trying to find the Lobster. We all were so happy. No clubbing tonight, No crazy times, just Geo & Rosie.



Morning came, we both got up early and had fun in our huge shower, got dresses, an walked to JaBees for another big breakfast.
Sister Calf was there for our breakfast . We had some nice conversation and again walked back to the bird.

Most of this day was spent with Rosie at the Bird walking around, watching DVD's, all the good things.

During the day my phone never stopped ringing, It was MissS's Mother, MissS's cozen Milton, MissS...Stacy...MissS. Rosie was uneasy.

Rosie wanted to rest that night after lots of early fun we went to sleep.

Solomon came over about 12:30 and I wanted to go out, Rosie wanted to stay in. Solomon and I were going on a bachelor night.

MissS called wile we were driving and she wanted me to come over to Close Encounter to talk about the rest of the trip.
This would be a strange night, Solomon and I arrived. MissS was dancing and drinking & we went down to the van to talk and talk. She said....." Is the girl with you now'.... I said yes. She said she wanted me to get rid of the girl so she could come back.

I had already made arrangements to do that. Rosie had to go back to Ochi for her Job tomorrow some type of sunset curse.
I didn't let MissS know all the story and I took her home about 3.

Rosie was so nice I hated to see her go but she has a job and there not to easy to find in Jamaica.

Next mornin' we were going for breakfast with Fred and Becky at Salinas. ..




I had never eaten at Salinas, the food was special also the prices.
I defiantly have been paying to much for everything.


After the food we took Rosie to the Taxi exchange. The rout taxies congregate in the yard, Rosie quickly found a ride and off she went to her job in Ochi.
Now!!!!

........ for the rest of the crazy trip..About 2 hours MissS invites me to come down for some food at Stacy's.

I bring her something, we bring her stuff back to the Bird and go back to Stacy's for some Jamaican food.





Things have gone back about 3 trips ago. I wonder if Mother MissS has had an effect.

Tonight is Jungle night, Its Thursday and Thursday girls get in free if there in the club before 12:00.

We fall asleep after 2 DVD's Movies, agree to go early and get up when Stacy comes over.

NO!!!.....It's 12:00....no Stacy yet.....

Geo, I told you then, and I'll tell you again, Rosie is a 'class act' - although our visits were brief, I trust what I see in someone's eyes, and this girl is someone that has her head together. I will always happily spend time with the two of you any time you return and see fit to find a way to make her part of your 'Jamaica life.'
