I feel like I'm right there with you. Thankfully my back faces the other people in the office...hopefully they won't notice the tears streaming down my face. I can't tell you how much I need to feel the salt air on my face...that human connection...your jaws and face muscles tight from smiling so much....so hard to put into words what it does to your soul...

As always your pictures take me with you...almost as good as being there myself.

Soon come Jamaica, and unfortunately the soon come is JA time.....

My heart was beginning to feel lighter... my step more grounded... my soul beginning to stir... my spirit starting to revive......

i was not going to kid myself.. and say i am now all better.. i won't be down again... fall back a few steps

But i felt so much better.. the best i had felt in so many weeks... and i was very grateful to feel so insync..... so at peace.... honestly if i had died right there on the road.. i would have gone with peace and a smile...

but this sign... it was like it was there for me

I'm fascinated with buildings.. architecture...
check out this post office.... in the middle of seemingly nowhere.... But for me.. the place to be!!! it's a big somewhere for me..

i am so amazed at the simplicity and beauty of such construction... i have always liked the rustic.. natural feel of things... and yet for some they dont see the beauty in it....but it rings a bell in me
