SOme of us are concerned that Vi's trip report is not in the archives. Was this an oversight, can it be put there? Please say yes.

Concern was also expressed for the Lost Beach report by the doctor, and Motown's trip report.

I really have no idea on this one. If there was a system problem I can speak to that but I do not take part in archiving. Have you check with the moderators?

I could be wrong, but my thought is that these past trip reports no longer exist due to the board changes that have occurred over the past year(s)?

Motown's report has to be two years back, if not more. The one on Lost Beach by BCRworks is at least two years old, and Vi's is just last year, but was not deleted intentionally, that I know of. I have no clue where it is at this point.

Yeah SIenna,

I kinda figured the other two were so old they had rotated off, but I do notice some other very old ones that are still there as well, including some of my own.

As for Vi's it was not nearly as old as some that are there, and there are a few that I wish WOULD vanish.

I remember the lost beach report. The guy posted as BRC. Marilyn, maybe you could do a member search and see if you can find him, email him and ask him if he has a copy.

I beleive Vi's trip report was posted in the old Discover Jamaica, no idea there.

Now Motown, that was going on two years ago too....wonder what ever happened to her?

Marilyn, I remember that report in detail, as I am very familiar with Lost Beach. I remember it was posted around 911, and the member who posted it lived nearby NYC and lost friends loved ones in the disaster...

I remember he came back a few times after that, but I don't recall having seen him in a long while...

OK, here is how I found it...

I went to google and got this page...

Lost beach resort google

Then I started scanning the pages. Actually I found page 6 before I found page on, so I posted the link to page 1, hoping it would continue, but I see it dosen't...

I'll sit awhile and find page 6 again, meanwhile...

The best I can offer as far as advice would be either to scan those google pages starting with the first one, and keep looking, OR....try to contact BRCWorks, I used to have his email on my old computer but I don't see it here anymore. I'll keep poking around though!

As I am looking through the google pages, I am looking at both content and the web addresses. Note, the web addresses in both of the parts i found are Jamaicans.com

Oh, by the way, I found that on the 4th page in the google search, I'll look a little more...

Edited to add, day 6 will take you to day 7. Now I am wondering if there is a space between day 1 and day 6, or if part one continues with the post starting with "I can't beleive it's day 6 already", if you know what I mean...

BTW, Day 7 is the last day...
