Yes - I have to admit I got a bit aprehensive about the weather .... to be honest, not so much frightened of the security of the house we were in, but rather how I would cope with the heat if we lost power and had no fan to blow me! And how pungent I would get if we lost showering water -

I love the pics. Nothing boring at all. You appeared to have done quite a few things. Rafting, Mayfields, and I hope you got to TB. Please give us more Laurel.

I especially love the photo of the market in Lucea, all that colorful fruit and veggies.

OK - I have to admit the truth ... I managed to get down the steps to Mayfield - panting and sweating and stopping to rest. I had no water shoes, so I used some of theirs. I asked for a whopping size 9 (cuz of mi wide feet) and the fellow brings out this tiny tiny size 9 - I told him that is a 6 not a 9 - he insisted they were a 9 .... OK OK - FINE - they can be a Jamaican size 9 [img]/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] [img]/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] ; so I squish my feet in and hobble to the nearest set of steps, he helps me down into the water and I promptly park my big azz into a set of rocks and have myself one of the best, 'who needs a man?' jacuzzi massages a girl could have. There was no way I could attempt to do the River Walk without taking a chance on hurting myself, so there I sat watching him jump from all levels and pick and serve me mangos - yada, yada ...

We wandered around the property at our leisure - simply divune!

When we left Mayfield Falls area .... off to the bush to drop off gifts to his Aunties and cousins that raised him ...

Simply gorgeous! I hope to get to Mayfields this trip, not sure if I will park my self or attempt the climb. But Benji's is a possibility cuz of his new pool.
