BeBe!! I just remembered last night - my empty plate was from my first breakfast ... I arrived on Sunday night and had not eaten since Saturday morning ... not only did I polish off my plate of calaloo and saltfish, I ate his as well!!! He is NOT an early in the day eater .... so Mrs Graham fed me plenty that morning!!

On one of my first visits to Auntie Peggy 3 years ago - we traveled via scooter .... they live deep in down a very 'rutty' path - difficult to manuver after a big rain. A BIG rain came that afternoon while visiting and when it came time to leave - it was very tough getting back up the path with my big azz on the back of the scooter .... we tipped over and dumped me into the mud pile - and laffed and laffed .... this story will have some signifigance later on - [img]/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

As we were meandering as far 'deep' as we could get me - along comes his Rasta Uncle Salasie (sp?) .... got a great shot of them together - but not for posting - [img]/forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

Auntie Peggy is blind, so she has hanging beads in her doorways so she knows when her kids are moving about ....

Sunday Dinner in the works -

Goat was on the menu today .... I enjoyed the rice & peas and veg .... did take one morsel of the meat -

But - after her 17 mangos and coconut and cane ... little one ate her plate of goat, rice & peas and was then looking for MORE meat - so I happily shared my with her -
