The new board, by default, shows only topics active in the last month. Archived reports are typically several months old, so they won't show up.
To see all the reports, scroll down to the lower left of the forum page and you will see a drop down menu next to the word Show
Drop it down and change it to from all dates
Click on the Change button and that's it.
Also, sadly, most reports have lost their photos, due to the new format. Sorry to say, there isn't much we can do about that. However there is some excellent information contained in most reports.
