Great shot.

So you have peppered shrimp @ middle quarters....mmmmmm, I wish I had some now. I had a recipie once, but I haven't made those in years. But they are basically sauteed with lots of pepper and the usual JA seasonings.

I think I heard that its the leaving on of the head that gives it that special flavor.

you're very nice laurel, but to me...nothing spectacular here...just typical negril pics. its always fun to see places you haven't been tho...so i like to share. remember how it was when i was first researching jamaica...couldn't get enough of the details.

the camera is really an outdated model by now...it's a Nikon Coolpix 4300 4.0 mp. you can get so much more these days. i'm happy with the Nikon quality tho...if that helps.

sauteed? i would have thought boiled in the seasoning...hmmmmm. i may have to do some experimenting...shrimp season ending here. you don't eat the head...do you pepper?
