There's a poem you wrote a long, long time ago...an the part that sticks in my mind is you coming off the elevator and saying "This is Cuba I presume?"....or something like that.....do you remember the one? I loved that poem when I heard it.

There have been many things which make me so proud to be a Jamaican especially being here for a number of years,

Ms. Lou - How does it feel to know that you almost singlehandedly changed the perception of patois among Jamaicans?

Was it your intention to do so when you started or did it just happen as a natural progression of your work?
