I wrote it for age 8 and under...I really meant for parents to read it to their kids. But we have a lot of 9 - 11 year olds who like reading it on their own.

In the UK, schools promote the use of "ethnic" books in the classroom. My daughter often brings homes books about the Caribbean, Africa and Asia. Have you been approached by "foreign" schools expressing interest in your stories?

Thanks. I'm going to put him in situations that kids find hard to deal with...learning to stand up for yourself, trying to figure out who you are etc. So they'll have little lessons in them, but be fun too.
