HI Sistah,
I have been in th eindustry now for 29 years, and I think that it was during my time living in teh caribbean as a singer, that I got interested in afro caribbean hair.
I found that locals were using over the counter products that were just not suitable for their hair. All I saw was dry fried hair. So I started to work part time in the daytime to try to educate the locals how best to care for their hair.
The Island of Aruba, which is where I was located had many old Indian superstitions , and really did not have much knowledge of proper hair care.

I became quite a celebrity on the Island, and I started to write articles on black hair care, I also designed my own product line suitbale for overly dry, overly curly hair.

As my hair is overly curly I sympathized with hair dilemmas!

Hi There,
I am going to recommend a supplement called L-Tyrosine, it helps to regulate a healthy thyroid and to slow down hair loss.
Also avoid Caffeine! I am not sure of your age, but hormones too can play a part in hair loss, and your thyroid.

Eat more vegetarian and avoid red wine. Your hair will defintely start to grow. If all else fails you will need a hair supplement and a scalp stimulant!
