You know Rebel when I first read this comment I actually thought you were referring to the JA.com members that tell people that are not JA to get lost. I have endured many, many rude comments from people that don't think I'm Jamaican when in fact my Father is Jamaican. So you're right it does go both ways.

Just read a "gay" thread and you will see how many Jamaicans are perceived as being very violent. I'm definitely not defending either country. Personally I think they are both rather .. I lived in Jamaica for years and was treated extremely rudely by people there and the same in the US. Being a racially mixed person is not easy no matter where you live. But you know what, I have developed a broad strong back because of it and it has just made me a stronger person. A person in the middle can see both sides extremely well.

My mother is Cuban now that country I will defend because they have lived with out the help of either country for years.

Bottom line, (no pun) beheading people is just wrong and video taping it is even worse and for people here to condone it and say they deserve it are just as screwed up. Of course dropping bombs on people is wrong but it will never stop if we keep this eye for an eye attitude.

Where is it that you see hate?
Is it such that some of you feel no heat what so ever that you can't see what ppl are talking about?
The police are an extension of the gov't but you probably don't feel their effects either.

Thank God I know many Jamaicans, otherwise I may judge them all by what this hostile crowd has written. If you were honest human beings, you would admit to yourselves that kidnapping and slaughtering another human, regardless of color, religion or nationality, is wrong.
