If you dislike the US and it's policies then why do your people and government still want our tourist dollars? May be we should travel to Mexico, cut off all the help and aid that some of us Yanks provide. Or should I say to the family that I have been helping in Grange Hill for two years,sorry no more help nobody likes Americans any more I can't help. No more clothes,school supplies,birthday presents and money. There are some us who do not believe in The US government policies and do not support George Bush. Do not paint us all with the same brush or you become like them. Don't let your beliefs blind you. "Let he that is without guilt cast the first stone". I believe this was said by a Christian.

A headless body handed over to U.S. officials in Iraq has been positively identified as that of American hostage Jack Hensley, the U.S. Embassy said Wednesday.

"There was positive identification of the body and the family have been notified," a spokesman said.

In Georgia, Robert Quigley, a spokesman for the Cobb County police, said Hensley's family received word of his death on the day the hostage would have turned 49.

The body was found earlier in the day with its severed head in a black plastic bag in Baghdad’s Amiriya neighborhood, said Col. Adnan Abdul-Rahman, an official with the Interior Ministry.

Confirmation of Hensley's killing came as U.S. officials in Baghdad took issue with Iraqi officials who said an Iraqi woman in U.S. custody would be released as Hensley's kidnappers had demanded.

Disagreement over imprisoned Iraqi women
Meanwhile, an apparent disagreement over whether to meet the kidnappers' demands surfaced, as the U.S. Embassy said that two Iraqi female prisoners being held by U.S. authorities in Iraq will not be released imminently.


The militants who killed the two American hostages and are threatening to murder a Briton captured with them demanded the release of all female Iraqi prisoners.

The U.S. statement came hours after Iraq promised to release one of the women prisoners, but denied the decision was linked to the militants' demands.

"The two women are in legal and physical custody of the multinational forces in Iraq and neither will be released imminently," a spokesman for the embassy said.

Signaling a possible dispute within the Iraqi government, Interim Iraqi Prime Minister Ayad Allawi told the Associated Press on Wednesday that he gets the final say on any prisoners who are released, and has not yet made a decision.

‘We have not been negotiating’
"We have not been negotiating and we will not negotiate with terrorists on the release of hostages," Allawi said. "Really my heart goes out for the victims of terrorism, and their families and we are trying to do our best to ensure the release of them."

Earlier, the Justice Ministry announced that Iraq and coalition officials had decided to release Rihab Rashid Taha on bail.

Taha, a scientist who became known as “Dr. Germ” for allegedly helping Iraq make weapons out of anthrax, and Huda Salih Mahdi Ammash, a biotech researcher known as “Mrs. Anthrax,” are the only two Iraqi women held in American custody, according to the U.S. military.

Lt. Col. Barry Johnson, a U.S. military spokesman, said he had no information about the release, announced by Justice Ministry spokesman Noori Abdul-Rahim Ibrahim. Johnson said a group of Iraqi male detainees had been previously scheduled to be released Wednesday from Abu Ghraib prison.

“There is an ongoing process that has been in place for some time to review the status of high-value detainees,” he said. “All I can say is that this process continues.”

Ibrahim said authorities were also considering whether to release Ammash, a former member of the Baath party. “The release of Huda Salih Ammash is under study,” he said.

Later on Wednesday, the U.S. embassy in Baghdad denied the Iraqi statements, saying that neither of the two women prisoners in U.S. custody would be release immediately.

The two female scientists "are in our legal and physical custody," a U.S. Embassy spokesman said Wednesday.

"Legal status of these two and many others is under constant review," he said.
