But then as Jahlou pointed out...[my logic is flawed by this] the lack of support for countries in the Caribbean who were felled to their very knees this past fall by wind and water SCREAMS volumes. In MANY ways they, the people, were left to crawl in their mud. Why? Because they're Black? Perhaps I should have thought this out a little further. Look at it this way, Westerners were in Asia when the Tsunami came so they will be taken care of.

There were no Westerners in Haiti, Rwandah, and Grenada at the time of their disasters.
