Confirmed: Prime Minister Bruce Golding will take charge of Jamaica's disaster mitigation activities when he returns to the island at midday today.Golding was in Barbados for the state funeral of the late PM David Thompson.His first task will be to tour vulnerable areas,visit the emergency shelter at the Bustamante Children's Hospital,and meet with parish disaster committees in Portland and St. Thomas.
