*Breaking News* Confirmed: OGNR can confirm an earlier report that the Norman Manley Boulevard in Negril, Westmoreland is blocked. Reports are that angry residents are protesting, the cold-blooded murder of Mickey Hill. Eye witnesses claim the police approached Mr. Hill and asked for a search, he then went into his bag, where it is alleged that Hill was shot and killed by the Police.
Eyewitnesses now on the scene say residents have set fire to debris along the roadway and Police and the Fire Brigade can be seen. If you are in the area post
