The People's National Party caretaker for West Kingston is dissociating himself from the graffiti painting incident in the Jamaica Labour Party enclave of Tivoli Gardens. On Tuesday, several high-rise buildings and walls in the community were painted with words expressing support for the Opposition Party.However, Bunny Witter has questioned how persons from outside Tivoli Gardens could have carried out such an act without being noticed.The caretaker made this startling statement."I believe that it was deliberately done by members of the same community. The area is manned by police and soldiers, so who could get in to do such a thing? I believe that the Government wants to move out the police and the soldiers and they are using this as a smoke screen to do it," Mr. Witter said.The police say they are conducting a probe into the incident.
