Senior Magistrate Judith Pusey has refused the prosecution's application for her to recuse herself from the Kern Spencer corruption case.The judge said the case for "apparent bias" on her part had not been made out.She also refused the defence's application for the case against the former Junior Energy Minister and Coleen Wright, his former personal assistant, to be dismissed.The trial is to continue.
