It's been nine days since the close of the Atlantic-Caribbean hurricane season - but already the experts are making their predictions for 2011. The famed Colorado State University team say next year will be nearly as busy as the one which has just ended.The forecasters anticipate that there will be 17 tropical storms, with nine of those strengthening into hurricanes during the season that starts 1 June.They cited a probability of at least one major hurricane tracking into the Caribbean.
