Police investigators will resume their search on Friday morning for more bodies which are believed to be buried in shallow graves on a property situated in Portmore, St. Catherine. So far one body has been found on the premises, which is located on Germaine Road.Commander for the Area Five Police, Senior Superintendent Ray Palmer, confirmed the discovery on Thursday night and said he was awaiting details from detectives.A police source told our news centre the decomposing body of a man, who is yet to be identified, was dug up late Thursday afternoon.The body which had the head missing, is of dark complexion, and was clad in a brown vest, white merino and blue underpants.The feet were bound, and it was wrapped in a yellow, blue and white sheet.An on the spot post mortem was inconclusive.According to the police, about 4:30 Thursday afternoon the homicide unit was summoned to the property, which is said to be owned by a utility company, where the shallow graves were found. It is believed that they could contain the bodies of persons who have recently disappeared in the area.
