Donovan Cole, o/c "Noisey Noisey" Detectives attached to the Flying Squad are appealing to 34-year old Donovan Cole, otherwise called "Noisey Noisey", a mechanic of Terminal Road in Old Harbour Bay, St. Catherine to turn himself in to the Fraud Squad by 9:00 a.m. Thursday.Mr. Cole was arrested during a police operation on May 4, 2009 at premises on Church Hill Avenue in Kingston for his involvement in a major car stealing ring. He appeared in the Half Way Tree Resident Magistrate's Court on August 17, 2009 and was offered $100,000 bail.He was scheduled to return to court on April 14, 2010, however he did not show up nor has he been seen since he last reported to the police on November 18, 2009, as is a condition of bail.Mr. Cole is of dark brown complexion, medium build, has a scar on his left wrist and is 6 feet 2 inches tall.
