A 29-year old woman is dead while her 56-year old male companion is nursing stab wounds following an early morning attack on a house in a section of Portmore, St. Catherine on Sunday. The dead woman has been identified as Natalie White of Rome Avenue in Independence City.Reports reaching the RJR News are that shortly before 2 o'clock; Miss White and her companion were at her home when a group of men forced their way into the house.It is alleged that the men gagged the couple and proceeded to stab them.Miss White was stabbed in her back while her companion was stabbed in the head.The companion reportedly escaped and alerted the police.He and Miss White were taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.Two children aged three and one who were in the house at the time of the attack were not harmed.
