ELON, N.C. -- A thief in Elon had a change of heart.A pastor at Guiding Light Baptist Church said whoever stole the baby Jesus from the church's nativity scene returned the doll this week.The thief also made off with a weed eater, lawn mower and a leaf blower. Those items were also returned, the pastor said.The items were reported missing last week.When the archbishop of Pilgrim's Chapel International heard about the theft, he dropped by a replacement baby Jesus mannequin.
