Trustee in Bankruptcy and attorney at law, Hugh Wildman is now in the process of filing a criminal complaint against the St Thomas bailiff who removed items of furniture from his new Kingston offices yesterday. Wildman told The Gleaner/Power 106 News Centre a short while ago that he is at the Half Way Tree Police Station where the complaint will be filed. His decision to pursue criminal charges comes after the bailiff seized a number of desks, chairs and computers from his offices. During the incident, Wildman protested that the furniture were government property. However the items were still loaded onto a truck and taken away. But Wildman is adamant that he wants the bailiff arrested on larceny charges. He said despite promises to have the furniture returned that has not yet happened.
