Aston Villa manager Gerard Houllier is weighing up a loan move for Colorado Rapids striker Omar Cummings. Villa would have to pay £2 million if they wanted to turn the prospective loan move into a permanent transfer. The Villans appear keen to bring Cummings to the Premier League on a two-month deal before the new Major League Soccer season begins in March. Houllier told reporters: "I see Omar getting better and better with every training session. "I will make a decision about him soon. It will be a loan deal and we would need a work permit."
