The police are reporting that Allando Hibbert, otherwise called "Moonie", of Trigger Road, in Norman Gardens, Kingston 2, is now in custody.Hibbert was recently listed as a person of interest by investigators from the Kingston Central Police Division. The police say he was captured on Friday afternoon, during an operation on Cloverly Road, in the Division.He is scheduled to be interviewed during the week.
