Superclubs is denying a report that the 25 year old company intends to sell its properties inJamaica and other countries in the region. Senior Vice President for Marketing Zein Issa-Nakash told Irie FM News this afternoon (February 7) that there was no truth to reports that the hotel chain intended to sell its properties. Mrs. Issa Nakash said she had heard about the report, but her company was not seeking to sell. She said Superclubs was continuing to work hard in a tough economy to help expand the tourism industry. She pointed to the re-branding of some of the hotels properties as Breezes Resorts and to renewed marketing efforts of Superclubs to indicate the family owned chain was not going out of business.
