The Kingston Central Police are reporting that the jewellery which stolen Tuesday morning from a store in downtown Kingston has been estimated at $15 million. Detectives are hunting for four men who carried out the robbery.It is reported that about 10 o'clock, the armed men entered the Carousel Jewellery Store on King Street, and relieved the security guard of his firearm.The robbers also took cell phones belonging to employees.They then removed the jewellery before escaping.Detectives attached to the case are appealing to anyone with information about the robbers or their whereabouts to contact them at 922-5076, the 119 emergency number, Crime Stop at 311, Kingfish at 811 or the nearest police station.
