The case of the driver involved in the deadly January 3 Old Hope Road crash in St. Andrew was put off when it was called up in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court today. The case was put off because the file against 33-year-old Ann-Marie Williams is not complete. Investigators have indicated that they want to conduct an analysis of her telephone conversations on the date and time of the crash. Williams is before the court on two counts of manslaughter and one count of dangerous driving. The presiding magistrate Judith Pusey then set March 30 as the next mention date and extended her $750,000 bail. Pusey also ordered that Williams be fingerprinted however her lawyer, Allando Brown, objected. However, Pusey maintained her ruling. On January 3, two women were killed and three other people injured when a car being driven by Ann-Marie Williams ploughed into the bus stop opposite the Matilda's Corner Police Station. Williams was later arrested and charged.
