RJR News has been informed that Christopher "Dawg Paw" Linton is to be charged this week with murder. A senior investigator told RJR News Sunday night that Mr. Linton, who has been in custody for the past three weeks, is to be charged in connection with the December triple killing in Bedward Gardens, St. Andrew. Six-year-old Jahame McKay, his mother 31-year-old Diana Forbes and 50-year-old Maris Hilton died after heavily armed gunmen linked to the "Dawg Paw" Gang, shot up their house then set it on fire.In the meantime, the senior investigator says Mr. Linton appeared in an identification parade on Friday but was not pointed out.The ID parade was arranged in connection with the theft of a motorcycle.Mr. Linton was charged on February one with four counts of shooting with intent; illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition; as well as possession of a firearm, with intent to do injury.
