Former General Secretary of the JLP Karl Samuda has been asked to provide the Commission with a statement in the shortest time possible. He will then re-appear at the Enquiry at a date to be announced, where he will possibly face cross examination from several attorneys. This comes after Samuda's attorney Patrick Bailey objected to the line of questioning by Queen's Counsel KD Knight whom he claimed was asking questions out of the bounds on which Samuda was asked to appear before the Commission on.
