Motivational speaker Bishop Dr Juliette Fagan said even though times are hard, opportunities exist in Jamaica for persons to become successful. "Some persons believe that unless you are in America or Canada or somewhere else, you can't succeed, but I believe right here in Jamaica it is ripe and ready for success. You've just got to have your eyes open to see it," she declared.Fagan was speaking at the Chancellor Insurance Agency (CIA) awards ceremony at Altamont Court Hotel in New Kingston on Sunday.Dr Fagan encouraged the insurance agents to go the extra mile to satisfy their clients.She encouraged the professionals to think positive when doing their jobs, by being advisers, and mentors to their clients."Don't allow anybody or anything to kill your dream. You've got to know what you want, forget about things that are behind, go about with energy. Have a desire to succeed, throw yourself in the deep end. The shallow end is for those who don't have dreams and vision," she said.
