<span style="font-weight: bold"> Confirmed : Harold Brady set to ...ry (Gleaner)...</span>
Harold Brady, the attorney at the centre of the Manatt affair, is expected to appear in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court today. Brady is being taken to court because he refused to give testimony at the Commission of Enquiry probing the hiring of the US law firm Manatt, Phelps and Phillips to block the extradition of alleged crime lord Christopher 'Dudus' Coke. Brady was summoned to respond to questions regarding his affidavit to the commission as well as his involvement in the entire Manatt affair. However, when he faced the commission on January 20 Brady would not testify, insisting that all he had to say about the extradition saga was contained in his affidavit. Gorge then instructed that steps be taken for charges to be filed in the resident magistrate's court against Brady. If Brady is found to be in the wrong, he may be fined a maximum $500. Meanwhile, the National Security Minister Senator Dwight Nelson is to take the witness stand at the Manatt/Dudus commission this morning.
