The victims' injuries are not considered life threatening but they were admitted for observation.Police have declined to release the names of the driver and the students.Reports are that about 4 p.m. the female driver of a Nissan Presea car was at the traffic lights at the top of St James Street near the North Gully bridge. When the lights changed to green, the car was apparently in reverse gear and went backwards, hitting a Mitsubishi jeep and then sped down St James Street, as the driver apparently lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle swerved into the service station, climbed a curb wall, knocked down a pole and slammed into a wall. The children, who were standing in proximity, sustained injuries after being hit.The driver of the Mitsubishi jeep, Dennis Hamilton, told THE STAR it appeared as if the female driver panicked after reversing into his vehicle and sped off. His vehicle received minor damage. Two police units that were quick on the scene transported the injured to the hospital. Police said the female driver might be charged.http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fb...82091261834103
