The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office of the Department of Homeland Security with its office at the U. S. Embassy, Kingston, will be closed to the public on Monday, March 28, & Thursday March 31, 2011 This closure only affects USCIS. All other parts of the U.S. Mission, including the Consular section, will be open for normal business hours. Those with visa appointments should report to the embassy at the appointed time. Members of the public, who have a U.S. Immigration emergency on the closure dates indicated, are asked to contact the Embassy through its switch-board number at (876) 702-6000. All other parts of the U.S. Mission, including the Consular Section (Visas),will be open. We apologize for any inconvenience the USCIS closure may cause.
