Does my bo need to get his conviction for ganja expunged?
In March, I went to Jamaica and my boyfriend broke down and told me he had to pay a fine for ganja he was carrying in 2009. I need to help him get it expunged as I intend to marry him. I am a Christian so I dont want this record following him around. My question is to clarify what someone over here told me.
