My brother in Jamaica wont act as executor.. what can I do from the UK?

My father passed away in 2012 leaving a will naming my siblings and me as benefactors. My mother passed in 2013...My brother the executor refuses to act. Squatters may invade so help. Please tell me what to do? Tags: administration, executor, legal wiz
