Wahalla, lots of things aren't against the posted rules. But they may be objectionable, OK? And the moderator had the right to do what she did. She is also being really polite with you in answering your various questions.

exactly what was objectionable is my question ?? as I pointed out half truth about celebrities is regularly posted without objection.. here i posted a pm nothing more, I see no difference in posting a quote from the BBC .

I didn't see that post ending well, so I closed it. No, it is not spelled out in the board rules that private messages should not be posted, however we have always asked that boardites refrain from posting them.

sorry but that did not violate the rules.. put it in the rules if you want it to be so.. and logically you would then have to cut out any quotes even when attributed with links ....<span style="font-weight: bold">I did not post anything objectionable, </span> I did not insult any one.. I have seen posts on here that called Haitians devil worshipers, people who dont subscribe to others visions of blackness ******* lovers, sellouts.. without any censorship. Jamaicans who have relationships with non african descendants as playthings, anyone who objections to the vilifications of gays as sellouts. Apply the rules equitably...I posted a attributable quote by a popular person on this board that would reflect badly on her personality.. It may have be unpopular but it was unfairly closed.. without justifiable reason...

I object strenuously to the closing of my thread it was disingenuous at best ...

btw...wahalla...i agree with you. there was no reason to close the thread. The act of doing so only emboldens the pm writer, and enables poor behavior behind the scenes. perhaps people would think twice about what they say back there if the prospect of being exposed was not thwarted by management.

a little public verbal flogging just might serve to change her behavior.

I dont want to flog anyone... I dont want my reply to be misquoted taken out of context and used as a whip.. I have watched insults on figures and beliefs thrown about..I get it.. the frustration of failure leaves a bitter taste and the need to lay into those around as a means of self elevation is a standard among the wretched of the earth...

I broke no rules, I have seen other PM posted without removal.. Yet why mine ???.. I have received no reprimand except silence and a guerilla tactic of thread removal...

the thread broke no rules.. The perceived insult was to me and mine an attempt to wound . I answered with restraint without adding rancor. yet the moderator made no attempt at sanction expect at my post and then hid behind a vagueness of objectionable.. Yet when I point out the standard fare of objectionableness there is silence..

just two weeks ago...i posted a pm i received from a spammer...no one had a problem with that.

maybe that's because the spammer wasn't popular?
