Did you get a pop-up message from your browser or were you taken to a page. If you can details at best you can what happened I can try to replicate it.

So a pop up window came up and gave you an error. Was the pop-up overlaying the forum?

i really don't remember that much detail of the event X....i could guess that it was....but i wouldn't take much stock in my guess.

Thanks for the info. I am sorry for all the questions but I need it to replicate this issue.

1. Can you tell me the version of IE you are using by going to "Help" then click on "About".

2. What anti-virus software are you running?

3. What version of windows are you running?

PS: If it happens again can you take a screenshot ( How to) and send it to me.

I am having similar problems. It has happened twice.Once as soon as I hit post to post a reply to a thread, all of a sudden the Jamaicans.com page closes and up pops a box. It said:

"Message from the Website - Your computer is in danger. Mircrosft Security services will now do a free scan of your hard drive." One time when it popped up it looked like what one sees when you're in the My computer area. I hope it doesn't happen agina when I click on submit now.

Computer is responding very slowly.

I was not able to replicate it issue but I think there is a pop up ad that is causing the problem based on some searches I did. I am working to remove it.

When I hit submit, the tab with the Jamaicans.com website closed and I received a small pop up say &quot;message from the website&quot;, indicating that there was some kind of threat and it would scan my hardrive. I had to detach my self from the internet and completely close IE to prevent this.

Sometin going aawn in disyah forum, many times mi cum ere di page freeze hup pan mi, an mi can't get out, mi haffie hen up tunning aff di machine, an run a scan..

I am unable to replicate any of these issues. I am really trying to figure it out. I have asked for monitoring for malware on the server. Nothing has come back yet.

Could it be the giant weight loss pop up? That shows up all the time.
