additionally, i have taken the added precaution of notifying the entire Administration Bd re the request for the info....again i cite from the rules that the request can be made if a complaint is lodged OR if legally required.


Please note the conjunction OR that is used and the meaning it gives in that I can make the request subsequent to a complaint and quite separate and apart from a legal request.

mi is no lawyer no nothing but mi did go a sunday skool...

i have a feeling dat dem (meaning the ppl who mek up the rules) gwine tell u say even doe di person weh name mad sinting or odda PM you dem tings deh, its no grounds to release dem &quot;identity&quot; wedda to you in private of publicly to everyone on the board.

i say dis bcus from time to time tings get heated on yah and ppl throw wud and bring up odda ppl personal or behind the scene tory. if the mods were to reveal identities each time smaddy &quot;offend&quot; smaddy by going alittle over board wid the tracing wat a woulda sinting.

i think wat the mods dem gwine tell u is dat dem ago or dat they have already contacted the mad smaddy and give dem a warning etc.
