Hi Everyone
I am in a discussion with our webhost company technical team and they think I am "smoking" something as I told them the site went down 2 times today. They cannot find anywhere that the site went down. Did anyone else experience that today?
I need your help. If the site goes down again I need your help to show proof. This a little technical but it would help me tremendously. Can you do a traceroute at the time when it goes down for you and copy the results here. Below are the instructions and a link to tutorials.
On Windows machine, go to DOS prompt and type the
command;
tracert Jamaicans.com
Copy and paste the results in this thread.
