Getting Weird Error Message as I Navigate Site

A grey window pops up with the message:

16 bit MS-Dos Subsytem

C://Windows32\cmd.exe The NTVDM CPU has encountered and illegal instruction.

CS:0558:01a6 OP:63 73 2f 78

Choose Close to termintate the application


I re-booted and logged in again but it persists. I am in Internet Explorer.

When I'm at work on my Mac it is not an issue but I have given up visiting this site on my PC at home.
